Flourish exists to empower individuals seeking lasting transformation. Meaningful and lasting change happens when people are equipped with practical tools, surrounded by support, and reconnected with purpose and faith.
Flourish has recently partnered with two local nonprofits (Alpha House and One More 24) to bring faith-based life-change programming to those navigating reentry and recovery.
Alpha House is a Residential Reentry Center for federal offenders recently released from prison. It offers structure, counseling, and community support to help residents reintegrate and rebuild stable, productive lives.
‘One More 24’ is a 12-month transitional living program for individuals overcoming addiction. Rooted in faith, it provides a safe, clean environment with accountability and spiritual guidance to support long-term recovery.
Securing and maintaining employment is a foundational factor for a successful transition. Flourish’s J.U.M.P. program helps participants identify skills, build resumes, and prepare for interviews. It promotes workplace excellence and confidence, empowering individuals to secure meaningful employment.
Personal associations and respectful collaboration are also key elements to successful reentry. Our Boundaries class focuses on relationship health—teaching communication, conflict resolution, and emotional awareness. Participants learn to replace destructive patterns with respectful, positive interactions.
Through these partnerships and programs, Flourish offers a holistic approach to transformation—addressing spiritual, emotional, and practical needs. This Fall, we look forward to walking alongside 200 individuals as they rediscover hope, rebuild trust, and embrace a future filled with possibility.
